The project "Resource Management on Rapa Nui (Easter Island, Chile)" was part of the documentary "Easter Island Origins”. On Feb. 7th, 2024 it premiered in the USA on the popular science series Nova.

The project "Resource Management on Rapa Nui (Easter Island/Isla de Pascua, Chile)" was part of a documentary titled "Easter Island Origins." The premiere of this documentary took place on February 7, 2024, in the USA and was broadcast during prime time as part of the popular science program "Nova" on the PBS network. "Nova" is a renowned documentary series that explores topics in science, history, and nature.

The project director Annette Kühlem, was interviewed by the production company Blink Films in Bonn in October 2023. A German version of the documentary will also be released in Germany this year.
